Nature of Services (No Package Travel)

Sandro Sartori Export Spezialist GmbH acts as an organizer of individual culinary events (wine tastings and menus). The services offered do not constitute a "package tour" under EU law. Travel services (transport, accommodation, etc.) are not part of the offer.

Responsibility for Events

Events take place in cooperation with partner restaurants. Sandro Sartori Export Spezialist GmbH acts as the organizer. The proper preparation of food and compliance with gastronomic and hygiene standards are the sole responsibility of the respective restaurant operator.

Allergies: Any food allergies or intolerances must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
