Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH, through the weinprobe.life platform, offers tickets for tourist events and tastings of Italian products organized by professional guides based and operating in Germany.


PRODUCTS AND PRICES  

The products are described on various pages of the website, particularly in the section accessible at this link: https://weinprobe.life/de/e/nation/deutschland. The prices are listed in EURO and always include VAT.


PURCHASE PROCESS  

To place an order for one or more products, you must confirm the products in the online shopping cart (this is considered a contractual proposal). By purchasing, you declare that (a) you have read and fully understood the Product Description and (b) you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions contained in these General Terms and Conditions. The cancellation conditions for products purchased through Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH only apply if the type of service makes it possible (usually up to 24 hours before the event) and this is indicated in the product description. When purchasing products with a fixed date and time, it is important to arrive at the selected time. No refund is provided for no-shows or late arrivals.


ORDER PROCESSING  

After purchase, you will receive a summary email with tickets in PDF format.

For booking and ticket management, Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH uses the Bókun software, a company of the Tripadvisor INC group.  

Bókun is an online booking software that provides users with a system to facilitate the booking of tours and activities. Bókun handles the booking process in compliance with all privacy regulations (https://www.bokun.io/privacy-policy).


PERSONAL DATA  

Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH collects some of your personal data (name, surname, phone number, and email) in compliance with data privacy regulations, to fulfill the booking services and manage the proposed activities.

SALE TO MINORS  

Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH does not sell experiences, activities, or tastings to individuals under 18 years of age. By purchasing these products, you declare that you are not a minor and meet the required age.


2. Product information and prices

In this section, you will also find the product price in EURO, including VAT. Make sure that all price information on the website is correct before placing an order. Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH is not responsible for customers’ punctuality in organizing activities, experiences, and services. Nor will it be responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, accidents, delays, or irregularities caused by the failure of hotels, transportation companies, or other service providers. Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH is not responsible for illness, theft, labor disputes, technical failures, political unrest, wars, terrorism, weather conditions, or other events beyond its control.

The services of Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH, including information, prices, availability, dates, and names, are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By purchasing a product, you agree to the related terms and conditions of service, including the cancellation policy and no-show policy. It is advised to carefully read the cancellation and no-show policies before booking.


4. Booking process  

To place an order for one or more products, you must select the product, add it to the cart, enter some personal details (name, surname, phone number, and email), and submit the order.  

The cart contains a page with your personal details, payment method selection, and an overview of the products to be purchased, including the price.


5. Payments  

Payments are made on the Weinprobe.life website via credit card.  

Money transactions are not managed by Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH but by the payment gateway Stripe.com, an international operator that fully complies with all current transaction security and data privacy regulations (https://stripe.com/it/privacy).


6. Conclusion of the contract  

An order is considered submitted when Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH electronically receives the contents of your cart and your personal data. The contract is considered concluded when, after authorized payment via Weinprobe.life, Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH, through the Bókun software, sends the email with the voucher or electronic ticket.


7. Invoicing  

If the buyer wishes to receive an invoice for the purchased ticket, this must be communicated before the purchase. Otherwise, the ticket will be processed in accordance with applicable tax regulations.


8. Order confirmation  

After accepting the order and receiving the payment via Stripe.com, Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH will send the voucher and/or tickets directly by email.


9. Data protection  

Your personal data will be processed by Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH to provide the purchased products. Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH will only share the necessary personal data with the service provider for the provision of the service.


10. Amendments  

The Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time due to new laws or regulations or for other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions apply from the date of their publication on the weinprobe.life website.


11. Applicable law and jurisdiction  

These general conditions are subject to German law. If you reside in an EU country other than Germany, you benefit from the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country in which you live, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 2, of Regulation No. 593/2008. The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes related to the interpretation or execution of this contract is the court of Munich, unless there is a mandatory legal jurisdiction.


12. Online dispute resolution  

Pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, we inform you that you can resolve disputes related to the purchase of products online through the European Commission's ODR platform.


13. Cancellation and Refund  

The buyer may cancel the reservation at any time up to 24 hours before the start of the event for a full refund. For some events, the notice period is 48 hours before the event. The user will be informed of the cancellation period at the time of purchase. The user can cancel the reservation via the appropriate area, accessible through the "Manage Reservation" link provided in the confirmation email, or by emailing info@weinprobe.life. In this case, the ticket price will be fully refunded. Cancellations with a refund are not possible less than 24 or 48 hours (as specified at the time of purchase) before the start of the event.

In the event that the order cannot be fulfilled due to technical issues after payment, the refund will always be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If, due to force majeure or issues with service providers, the event cannot take place on the date and time specified at the time of booking, Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH will notify the customer and offer to reschedule the ticket for another date or location.  If no agreement is reached with the customer for this rescheduling to another date, Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH will fully refund the ticket price.
