These General Terms and Conditions regulate the offer and sale of Products on the website Weinprobe.life.

Products Offered

Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GMBH, through the portal weinprobe.life, offers tickets for events and tastings of Italian products (wine and food) at partner restaurants operating in Germany and Austria. In such cases, the responsibility for the service and preparation of food rests exclusively with the hosting gastronomic establishment (restaurant/pizzeria). Events on Italian territory are instead resales of experiences offered by third-party operators; in these circumstances, Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GMBH acts exclusively as an intermediary (Reseller), and the contractual relationship for the service delivery is established directly between the customer and the specified local operator.

Products and Prices

Products are described on the various pages of the site, particularly at the following link: Catalog Section. Prices are expressed in EURO and include VAT.

Purchase Process

Confirming products in the online cart is considered a contractual proposal. By purchasing, the customer declares to have understood the Product Description and to unconditionally accept these General Terms and Conditions. Note on Withdrawal: applies only if the service makes it possible (usually up to 24 hours before the event). For fixed-date events, no refund is provided for late arrival or no-show.

Order Processing and Software

After purchase, you will receive an email with the tickets in PDF format. Technical management is entrusted to the software Bókun (Tripadvisor INC group), which guarantees compliance with privacy regulations.

Personal Data

Data (name, phone, email) are collected for the provision of services. Pursuant to Art. 17 of the GDPR, you can request deletion by writing to privacy@weinprobe.life.

Sales to Minors

Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GmbH does not sell experiences or tastings to minors under the age of 18. The purchase certifies possession of the required age requirements.

2. Product Information and Prices

Details and prices are listed in the "Product Description". By submitting the order, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these specifications. Verify the correctness of prices before submission.

3. Disclaimer

Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GMBH is not responsible for consequential damages (loss of data, profits, or reputation). We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or delays caused by third parties (hotels, transport) or force majeure events (illness, technical failures, weather, terrorism). Services are provided "AS IS".

4. Booking Process

The purchase process consists of the following phases: product selection, adding to cart, entering personal data, and submitting the order with simultaneous choice of payment method.

We invite the customer to enter any discount vouchers in their possession in the designated fields during this phase; it will not be possible to apply reductions or promotional codes once the order has been confirmed and the payment authorized.

5. Payments

Payments are made by credit card managed by Stripe.com. Sandro Sartori Export Specialist GMBH does not directly manage monetary transactions.

6. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is considered concluded when, after authorized payment, the Seller sends the email with the voucher or electronic ticket via Bókun.

7. Billing

The request for an invoice must be communicated before the purchase.

8. Order Confirmation

Once payment is received via Stripe.com, the voucher will be sent directly via email.

9. Data Protection

Personal data communicated to suppliers are limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of the service.

10. Modifications

The General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time. The conditions published on the site at the time of the order apply.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are subject to German law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the court of Munich.

12. Online Dispute Resolution

13. Cancellation and Refund

• Full Refund: Cancellation within 24 or 48 hours (as specified in the product).
• Method: Via the "Manage Booking" link in the confirmation email or by email to info@weinprobe.life.
• Force Majeure: In case of cancellation by the organizer, an alternative date or a full refund will be proposed.
